Job Responsibilities
As a procurement manager at Trafikverket, you will be an important part of our business support function and contribute to value-creating and sustainable business transactions for society's benefit. In this role, you are responsible for implementing and managing procurement calls and procurements primarily within the procurement categories of Goods, Services, and Technically Approved Materials. You manage business transactions that create societal value, drive and participate in procurements, ensure progress and quality in procured agreements, and maintain good relationships with Trafikverket's suppliers. You support other parts of Trafikverket by acting as business support and helping the organization with procurement-related questions. You also contribute to the development of our working methods and processes.

Within the central function of Procurement and Logistics, approximately 300 employees work on Trafikverket's procurement activities, with about 80 based in Borlänge. Here you will encounter a diverse work environment where assignments span operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
Qualifications

We want you to:
• Have a university degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) with a focus on engineering, economics, or law, completed within the last five (5) years, or alternatively a vocational education (YH/KY) completed within the last five (5) years combined with experience in public procurement that we collectively assess as equivalent. • Have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing
• Have good ability in English in speech and writing
