Work tasks As a procurement officer at the Swedish Transport Administration, you become an important part of our business support and contribute to us conducting value-creating and sustainable transactions for the benefit of society. In this role, you are responsible for executing and managing call-offs and procurement primarily within the procurement categories Goods, Services and Technically Approved Material. You manage transactions that create public value, drive and participate in procurements, ensure progress and quality in procured contracts, and maintain good relationships with the Swedish Transport Administration's suppliers. You support and assist the rest of the Swedish Transport Administration, where you act as business support and help the organization with procurement-related issues. Your collaboration skills and your ability to build trust are crucial for success in this role. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. We want you to: hold a university degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) with a focus on technology, economics or law, completed within the last five (5) years, alternatively a vocational/university college education completed within the last five (5) years combined with experience in public procurement that we collectively assess as equivalent.
