Your Role With Us As a hairdresser at VACKER, you're an important part of the customer experience from first hello to finished result. You work creatively with cuts, color, and consultation, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skills, and service, you create customers who want to come back again and again. You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is high. We're Looking For You If You Are trained as a hairdresser or are working toward training levels 1–2 and want to continue developing. Have a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people. Are positive, engaged, and like taking responsibility. Thrive in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job. Are flexible, solution-oriented, and like taking your own initiative. Want to contribute to teamwork and the salon's shared success. Speak and write Swedish fluently.
