About the Job
As a Branch Manager at EUROPART in Norsborg, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the branch, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving our sales targets. The Branch Manager shall operationally drive, lead, and distribute work at the branch, and among other things implement guidelines, policies, and decisions. In addition, you will also actively work as an outside sales representative, where you build and maintain relationships with existing customers and seek new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership with a practical and customer-focused sales position.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead and coach branch employees to ensure high productivity and motivation.
Drive sales activities and customer meetings to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with our customers through active and strategic sales work.
Manage inventory, logistics, and operational processes within the branch.
Develop and implement business plans and strategies for the branch's growth.
Continuously monitor and analyze the branch's results and take action for improvements.
What Are We Looking For?
We see many paths into Europart; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities, and where you are in your career is less important. We see that you have sales experience, preferably in B2B and ideally with technical products or services. If you have previous leadership experience or are ready to take the step into a leadership role, we believe this could be the position for you.
We believe you are customer-focused, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, results-oriented, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
