Your main responsibilities: Cooking: Plan, prepare, and cook a broad and flavorful selection of Asian dishes for our buffet. Quality: Ensure consistently high quality in both taste and presentation. Quality & Hygiene: Have solid knowledge of HACCP/self-inspection and be driven by smart, cost-effective thinking regarding ingredients and waste. Teamwork: Work closely with the rest of the kitchen and service team to create a smooth workflow. We're looking for someone who: Has experience with Asian cuisine. Is self-directed, organized, and has excellent customer service skills. Thrives in a fast pace and has good stress tolerance. Has strong knowledge of food safety and self-inspection.
