Now we're looking for you to grow with us! About the Role: As a salesperson with us, you're our face to the world. Your focus is on building relationships and selling our services to both individuals and businesses. Prospecting: You contact potential customers via phone, visits, and networking. Needs Analysis: You listen to the customer's needs and package the right cleaning solution. Closing: You drive the process from first contact to signed agreement. Follow-up: You ensure our new customers feel welcome and satisfied. We're Looking for Someone Who: Loves to compete and is driven by reaching (and exceeding) goals. Is a social chameleon who finds it easy to talk with all types of people. Has great self-motivation – you don't wait for instructions, you take initiative. Holds a valid driver's license (B-körkort).
