Our customer is a growing company in the manufacturing industry. They are proud of their high quality, short lead times, and modern machinery. Right now we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous operator for their production who wants to be part of shaping the future. About the Role As an operator, you will primarily work setting up, programming, and monitoring our customer's punch press and/or laser cutting machines. You will be an important player in the production team and responsible for manufacturing details according to drawings with the highest precision. Working hours are permanent evening shift, Monday through Friday. Your main responsibilities: - Set up, adjust, and operate punch press and laser cutting machines. - Read and interpret technical drawings. - Perform ongoing quality checks and measure manufactured parts. - Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machines. - Contribute to good cooperation and order on the shop floor. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who have a genuine technical interest and experience with sheet metal processing. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. - Experience working with CNC-controlled machines, specifically punching or laser cutting. - Good ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. - Experience with material knowledge (sheet metal/steel). - Forklift certification and reach truck certification are merits, but not required. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
