Experience with e-service platforms, Python, and broad IT knowledge or familiarity with various system environments is a plus.
About the Role
As a product specialist, you'll be a central part of the support team where you'll work alongside 29 colleagues to deliver top-class service. The role is both technical and communicative, and you'll have significant influence on how our customers experience support from Sokigo.
Since the work involves both customer contact and training responsibilities, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We therefore also ask that your application be written in Swedish.
Your Responsibilities
In your work, you'll:
- Provide qualified support for our in-house developed solutions, Abou and the Minut products
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in close dialogue with customers via phone, ticketing systems, and remote access
- Connect to customer servers via various VPN solutions for analysis and troubleshooting
- Understand customer processes and configurations to ensure our solutions are used optimally
- Work in complex systems where questions vary from day to day
This is a varied and developmental job where you'll learn something new almost every week.

This is a full-time position based in Sundbyberg. Start date by agreement.
