About the Role As an ICT pedagogue, you have a central and independent role with great responsibility for the college's digital learning environment. You are responsible for the development, management and further development of Canvas, AI-based services and other digital solutions that support teaching and learning. The role is both strategic and operational and involves close collaboration with teachers, educational administration and IT. Your Responsibilities Develop and manage the college's digital learning environment Manage Canvas and other digital tools Provide user support and advice to teachers and employees Plan and conduct training and workshops Identify development needs and drive improvement initiatives Monitor developments in AI and digital pedagogy Participate in and lead development projects Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders An Independent Specialist Role As the college's ICT pedagogue, you have an independent role responsible for developing and managing the digital learning environment. The role involves great personal responsibility while working in close collaboration with teachers, educational administration, IT and other colleagues. Work Approach Since a large part of the assignment involves providing support, training and advice to teachers and students, most of the work takes place on-site at the college. Close contact with the operations is an important prerequisite for success in the role. We Are Looking for You Who Have Relevant college education in IT, pedagogy, technology or equivalent Experience with digital learning platforms, preferably Canvas Experience in system administration and user support Experience developing digital solutions or IT systems Experience with AI in educational or operational contexts Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing Meritorious Experience from a university or college, preferably in a similar role Experience with digital examination, for example Inspera Experience in project management or change management Pedagogical experience in training and workshops Personal Qualities You are structured, pedagogical and communicative.
