You understand the importance of your presence, being there when the guest is with us, and supporting your colleagues in delivering world-class service. You are a team player and contribute to the hotel's continued development by promoting and actively participating in cross-departmental collaboration. You are a good communicator and you master Swedish and English in speech and writing. You are initiative-taking and proactive while loving to meet people.
