Job Responsibilities As a project manager for roads and railways, you will take on a number of exciting projects that you lead and deliver results from. You will lead a team of technical specialists, contracted consultants, and contractors. You will contribute with motivation and inspiration to your project team to create good collaboration and together find sustainable solutions in the project. In this role, you will also have contact with the public, municipalities, and other authorities. You are responsible for the overall leadership, management, and follow-up of projects through all project phases from early project planning, planning, design, production, to project handover. Monitoring time, costs, quality, and managing risks are therefore a natural part of your assignment. It is a varied assignment to work as a project manager where you contribute to society, get the opportunity to work in a team, and take significant personal responsibility.
