About the Workplace Klöverstigens group living is located in Nödinge and is an LSS group living facility with six apartments. The operation is staffed 24 hours a day with awake night personnel. We work from a salutogenic approach; each individual should have a comprehensible, manageable, and meaningful everyday life. In your work, our residents' needs should always be in focus. Job Responsibilities As a support assistant with us, you have an important and meaningful assignment—to contribute every day to ensuring our service users have a safe, independent, and fulfilling everyday life. You work together with your colleagues to implement interventions according to LSS, where the individual's needs, wishes, and participation are always central. You provide individually adapted support in all aspects of daily life and work actively with implementation plans to strengthen independence and quality of life. Through motivating and relationship-building work, you help and support the individual to reach their goals and live a life as much like others' as possible. Kloverstigens group living is home to older individuals with LSS decisions. The role also includes social documentation, developing implementation plans, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You take responsibility and plan your work. You work both independently and together with your colleagues. We work together, take responsibility, and build trust, which aligns with Ale Municipality's core values. The position involves work during days, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications We're looking for you who have relevant upper secondary education in pedagogy, care and nursing, social work, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working within LSS, are accustomed to working based on implementation plans, and feel confident with social documentation. You have knowledge of LSS and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. You understand and ideally have experience working with motivational interviewing (MI), low-arousal approaches, and use these methods to create security. If you have AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) skills, this is also a merit. As a person, you are secure, engaged, and professional in your approach. You have a genuine interest in the target group, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your assignment. You collaborate easily with others, have a pedagogical and solution-focused approach, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
