Sous Chef at a Restaurant in Central Stockholm We are now looking for a Sous Chef at an established restaurant in central Stockholm. About the Role As a sous chef, you work closely with the head chef and are responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen. You lead the work during service, ensure quality, and see to it that the team functions efficiently. Your main responsibilities: * Lead and distribute work in the kitchen during service * Ensure quality, taste, and presentation * Support menu development and planning * Introduce and develop team members * Contribute to order, structure, and a good work environment About the Position This is a full-time role with a rotating schedule. Working hours are primarily in the evenings and weekends. Start date is by agreement.
