Hi!
I am 20 years old and live with my family in Tollarp. My challenges are autism, severe hearing impairment, visual impairment (blind) and diabetes. This means I have a great need for help from you as an assistant. A person who can always stand by my side and who I can feel safe beside!
I love listening to stories and fantasizing together with you. My favorites are Thomas the Tank Engine, My Little Pony, Star Wars and Minions. As a person, you need to be able to read, understand and speak Swedish fluently. I love when we immerse ourselves in different fairy tale worlds together, where you occasionally take on different characters and let your imagination flow! You are welcome to create and make up your own stories - I listen and dream as much as I can!
To work with me, you need to be calm and responsible. But also have your childlike nature! We would like to see that you are a safe and stable person who is flexible and has a good ability to take your own initiative. The work requires great patience with curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn new things!
The position I am looking for an assistant for is approximately 75%. Work shifts occur during both day and evening time as well as weekends and nights. Some days during the week we have double staffing.
