My work team currently consists of excellent personal assistants with whom I am very satisfied. Now I need to add a person who wants to help continue building the team with me and support improving my quality of life. You will work 24-hour shifts from 09:00-09:00, with single assistance and on-call nights. If you're interested, please get in touch! A little about me: I am a positive young man of 38 years old, with autism and IF. I have my own apartment. My interests include daily outings in my car, walks, swimming, playing keyboard, watching YouTube and listening to Spotify - rap and hip hop music. As my personal assistant, you fundamentally need to be secure, clear, cheerful and calm. I need help from you with communication with other people. Routines, structure and visual support are important to me. Working as my personal assistant primarily means that you and I get along well and can build a good relationship. Humor helps a lot when we build a relationship. It is then an advantage if you have knowledge and experience that can be useful when we work together. My assistants have a curiosity to learn more and develop in assistance work, which means I get a constantly improved quality of life, which of course makes me feel good and makes my life richer in many ways. My assistants also work with a low-affective approach both towards me and within the work team. This is a prerequisite for me to feel comfortable and well. Similarly, there is a way of working that creates joy and well-being for me every day, which I appreciate very much. Something that is also very important to me is to be involved and have a say in most of my daily decisions. This helps me strengthen my self-esteem and independence. YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES/INTERESTS: *Are engaged and responsible with a great ability to motivate *Are positive and can radiate joy/humor and use it as a work tool *Are calm, stable, cheerful and secure in yourself *Can create calm, clarity and security and work to maintain calm in all situations *Are attentive/compliant and can be flexible when required *Have understanding of what it means to have a job where other people depend on your effort *Have understanding of what it means to work in someone else's home and care for the home and customer's belongings *Enjoy cooking/baking *Enjoy assistance work of a pedagogical and planning nature *Enjoy developing together with colleagues through various work methods WORK TASKS: *Support the customer in communication *Participate in activities within the home, such as conversation, IT/YouTube, music *Participate in activities outside the home, such as daily walks and outings *Support the customer's activity at day-care facility *Help the customer with cooking/baking *Keep the home clean and pleasant, care for the customer's belongings and handle outdoor tasks at the house, including some snow shoveling and grass cutting *Prevent and manage frustrations and problem-creating situations *Create a daily meaningful and positive experience for the customer *Encourage and provide conditions for the customer's daily participation, involvement and independence THE POSITION REQUIRES: *Basic computer skills *Driver's license category B (manual driving) and own car, as there is limited access to public transportation *Requires a certain flexibility and that you can work holidays and vacation periods *The customer has their own car that can be used in the work *Good Swedish language skills both spoken and written *An advantage if you have knowledge/experience working with people with autism *Being prepared to work according to the work methods used by the customer *Participate in continuous guidance and at monthly workplace meetings *Provide a certificate from the police records.
