Responsibilities
As a welder at Sveba Dahlen, you'll be part of production, working with both welding and assembly.
The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy hands-on work and thrive on technical challenges.
Your main tasks will include MIG and TIG welding, assembly of components, and oven insulation. Here you'll use both your technical expertise and quality mindset in work where you see the results of what you create.
Work hours are daytime, 07:00–16:00 Monday through Thursday and 07:00–14:45 on Fridays.
Background and Personal Qualities
For success in this role, we believe you have workshop technical training or equivalent experience from industry. You have previous experience with welding and assembly, are comfortable reading technical drawings, and feel confident working independently with a focus on quality.
As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for your work. You appreciate working with colleagues toward common goals and bring a positive attitude to your daily work. Since the work is physically active, we'd like to see that you enjoy using your body in your work.
We also see that you:
• Have experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Have a driver's license and access to a vehicle

About Us
FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing agency focused on industry. We provide temporary staffing and recruitment services. This position is a temporary-to-hire arrangement, which means there is an opportunity for permanent employment with the client company after the staffing period.
