About the Role
Operational Technology (OT) is central to our operations – from the Gothenburg refinery and our fuel terminals to depots, marine facilities, and retail operations. We are now looking for an OT Cybersecurity Engineer who wants to take responsibility for cybersecurity in this environment.
This is a practical and strategic role where you combine developing security strategies with concrete implementation. You will develop security standards, implement our Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS), and lead the rollout of our OT cybersecurity architecture across multiple locations. You will work closely with the CISO, local operations teams, and vendors to create a unified and practically applicable OT security strategy.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Leading the rollout of our OT cybersecurity architecture across multiple locations.
• Implementing and managing the OT Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS).
• Developing and maintaining OT security standards in line with ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, CIS Controls, and NIS2.
• Working with both OT and supporting IT infrastructure to specify and verify security controls.
• Challenging and guiding OT vendors on cybersecurity requirements.
• Being a trusted advisor on OT security for refineries, terminals, and retail operations in the Nordic region.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with documented experience implementing OT cybersecurity in industrial environments. Experience working in multi-facility environments is a plus.
You have a strong understanding of OT security and the differences between OT and IT security. You combine technical expertise with experience in governance, structure, and security work.
You have experience with security frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS2. A CISSP certification or equivalent is a plus.
You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian is an advantage. The role involves travel within the Nordic region and the United Kingdom.
You thrive at setting standards, working hands-on when needed, and creating structure in complex environments where availability and security are always in focus.
