Klara Städ is opening in Växjö – and we're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job, but who wants to be part of building up our new operation together with us. The Role You'll spend a lot of your time working at our customers' locations just like other cleaners, but we're looking for someone who can and wants to take on greater responsibility in our day-to-day operations. This could mean: Helping introduce new team members Ensuring quality at customer locations Supporting colleagues Helping when something needs to be solved quickly Communicating with customers Spotting things that could be done better Taking on more responsibility as our Växjö operation grows We're building Växjö from the ground up, and for the right person, the role can develop significantly over time. Who Are We Looking For? We believe that you: Have professional cleaning experience Are very thorough and have high standards for your own work Are responsible and reliable Are solution-oriented and willing to make decisions Work well with people Can help others without needing to be "the boss" Want to develop and take on more responsibility Hold a B-category driver's license Above all, we're looking for the right personality.
