Job Information Professionals Nord is recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of Kranpunkten. You will initially be employed by Professionals Nord and work full-time at Kranpunkten's project on-site. This position is part of our staffing where you are employed by us at Professionals Nord and work on assignment at our client Kranpunkten for 4 months. After that, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, the intention is for you to be permanently hired by Kranpunkten. Responsibilities In your role as Project Manager, you will have broad overall responsibility and be an important link between different functions on-site. You will participate in ongoing meetings, follow up on work, and ensure that daily operations function as planned. As a Project Manager, you will have a central role in coordinating and driving daily work forward. You work closely with the operations on-site and ensure that different parts function together efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily work Participate in ongoing meetings with relevant parties Ensure that activities and tasks are completed according to plan Be a contact point between different functions and people on-site Follow up on status, needs, and any deviations Identify problems and find solutions so that work can proceed Have oversight of machinery, resources, and daily logistics Ensure that information reaches the right people at the right time Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to the work Contribute to structure, order, and an efficient way of working You will work full-time at Kranpunkten's project and be present in the operations throughout the entire workday. The role requires that you are comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions within your area, and acting when something needs to be solved. We Are Looking for Someone Who We would like you to have previous experience in project management, work leadership, coordination, or another role where you had significant responsibility for planning and driving work forward. It is an advantage if you have experience from industry, construction, logistics, machinery, or similar operations. To succeed in this role, we believe you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You easily grasp the big picture while also keeping track of details. You are comfortable communicating with different types of people and enjoy taking responsibility. You are someone who sees what needs to be done and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves when the situation requires it. You work independently but also appreciate close collaboration with others.
