WE ARE HIRING A CARE ATTENDANT at the "Jelgava" branch (for an indefinite period, full-time) We offer: social guarantees in accordance with those established in public administration; salary (gross) EUR 784 – EUR 808; compensation during probation period up to EUR 786; accumulated working hours (according to work schedule); 25% monthly allowance for work involving special risk; professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities; social guarantees; additional vacation days for special risk (3 working days per year) and annual evaluation (from 4 to 10 working days per year); health insurance after 3 months of employment. Main job responsibilities: Provide client care according to clients' functional status; be responsible for client safety and ensure clients comply with internal regulations; maintain cleanliness and order in client residential areas and common areas by performing wet cleaning no less than once per day; good communication and cooperation skills. Requirements for candidates: Basic or secondary education; desired practical work experience in this or similar position; valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
