Main job duties: follow guidelines regarding the client's physical and mental health status, personality, and psychological characteristics; assist the client in meeting basic needs—in accordance with their self-care abilities; ensure the safety of the client's surrounding environment; promote the restoration and improvement of clients' social functioning abilities; assist the client in acquiring, improving, and maintaining social skills (self-care, ethical and behavioral norms, social roles, interaction and communication, decision-making, assuming responsibility, etc.); oversee meal preparation, serving, clearing dishes, washing, and kitchen cleaning after meals; perform cleaning of common areas. We offer: work in a dynamic organization; salary from EUR 800.00 to EUR 954.00 per month, before tax payment, within normal working hours, according to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience; employer-paid accident insurance from the first day of work; social guarantees.
