(Registration No. 90000039319) Rīgas sociālās aprūpes centrs "Gaiļezers" (hereinafter – the Center) is seeking SENIOR CAREGIVERS (profession code: 5322 02) to provide care services to the Center's clients – pensioners and adults with disabilities on an indefinite basis Position Purpose: Provide social care services to the Center's clients, coordinate a designated group of caregivers in ensuring client care, supervise proper documentation of the care process, and provide orientation training for new caregivers. Requirements: • Basic or secondary level professional education (vocational education – with qualification as caregiver or nursing assistant). • High level of interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with people; • Knowledge of the state language in accordance with requirements specified in regulatory acts (B1 level); • Reliability in task completion and ability to organize your work. Key Job Duties: • Conduct rounds in client rooms while on duty.
