WE ARE RECRUITING CARE ASSISTANTS for the "Ropaži" branch
(for a fixed term, full-time, 2 positions) (profession code: 532202)
We offer:
social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations;
salary (gross) from EUR 784 – EUR 808; salary during probation up to EUR 786;
summarized working hours (according to work schedule: you can choose - both 24-hour shift work or daytime work only);
25% monthly allowance for work involving special risk;
professional colleagues, development and training opportunities;
additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual review (from 4 - 10 working days per year);
health insurance after 3 months of work.
Key job responsibilities:
provide client care according to clients' functional condition;
be responsible for client safety and ensure clients comply with internal regulations;
maintain cleanliness and order in client residential areas and common areas by performing wet cleaning at least once per day;
strong communication and cooperation skills.
Requirements for applicants:
basic or secondary education;
state language proficiency - intermediate level B2;
desirable practical work experience in this or similar position;
valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
Work location: VSAC "Zemgale" branch "Ropaži", "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu Parish, Ropažu Municipality.
