(Registration No. 90000039319) Rīgas sociālās aprūpes centrs "Gaiļezers" (hereinafter – the Center) is seeking SENIOR CAREGIVERS (profession code: 5322 02) to provide care services to Center clients – pensioners and adults with disabilities on an indefinite basis Position Purpose: Provide social care services to Center clients, coordinate care provision for assigned groups of clients, supervise proper documentation of care processes, and provide orientation training for new caregivers. Requirements: • Basic or secondary level professional education (vocational training – with qualifications as caregiver or nursing assistant). • High interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people; • State language proficiency in accordance with regulatory requirements (B1 level); • Reliability in task completion and ability to organize your own work. Main Job Responsibilities: • Conduct rounds in client rooms, accepting shifts.
