SIA "Kuldīgas slimnīca" (healthcare institution code 620200038) is hiring a caregiver for the long-term social care department "Valtaiķi" on an indefinite basis. About the vacancy: Position: Caregiver (LR Professional Classification Code 5322 02) Work organization: Full-time position, shift schedule, cumulative work hours Employment contract: Indefinite duration Work location: ISAN "Valtaiķi", Care Home "Valtaiķi", Rudbāržu Parish, Kuldīga Municipality Salary: Hourly rate of 4.46 EUR (gross) per hour (from 830.00 EUR per month); Social guarantees and bonuses: In accordance with LR legislation, internal regulatory documents, and the collective agreement. Main duties: Provide social care to clients in accordance with their functional status; Ensure personal hygiene, washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility for clients, using technical aids as needed; Be responsible for client safety and ensure clients comply with internal rules and regulations; Assist with organizing personal belongings and cleaning premises; Make client beds and change bed and body linens; Assist clients with walks and outdoor recreation, and supervise clients when necessary. Requirements for candidates: Basic or secondary education; Preferred caregiver work experience or certification (not required) of completion of appropriate courses; § State language proficiency - intermediate level 1st degree (B1); § Good communication and cooperation skills.
