(Registration No. 90000159123) Riga Social Care Center "Mežciems" announces a caregiver (profession code: 5322 02) position (permanent) open recruitment Position Purpose: To ensure the satisfaction of basic needs of Riga Social Care Center "Mežciems" clients at an individual level, provide care to clients, ensuring they receive necessary assistance and comply with hygiene requirements. Job Description: Provide client care under the supervision of a social work specialist in accordance with the client's individual social care plan; Assist persons who cannot care for themselves, i.e., perform daily hygiene procedures for the client - comb hair, help with getting into or out of bed, help with dressing, washing, changing bed linens; Monitor the cleanliness of client clothing and laundry, replace as needed, monitor the condition and cleanliness of footwear; Receive food from the kitchen and distribute it to clients in their rooms, feed them if necessary; Monitor client health status and report it to the nursing staff or social worker; Supervise clients and other duties. Requirements for Candidates: Basic, secondary, or secondary vocational education; State language proficiency at B1 level; High communication culture and ability to interact with people; Independence in task completion and ability to organize your own work.
