CAREGIVER BRANCH "JUGLA" Braila Street 2, Riga We are inviting candidates for an indefinite-term position CAREGIVER (PROFESSION CODE 5322 02) REQUIREMENTS: basic education (preferably – certificate or credential in the care field); work experience in the care field will be considered an advantage. state language proficiency level B2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: care for clients under the supervision of social work specialists (assist clients with hygiene, meal intake, etc., maintain premises, encourage client participation in leisure activities); monitor client's health status and inform healthcare specialists of any changes; timely and accurately document care activities performed to meet the client's basic needs; accompany clients on walks, to classes, as well as for visits to various institutions and events. WE OFFER: salary from EUR 784.00 to EUR 808.00 gross (depending on previous professional qualifications and competencies. After the trial period, the salary will also take into account the results of work performance evaluation and regular work volume); 25% supplement for work involving special risk; summarized working hours (in accordance with work schedule); supplement for night and holiday work; three additional working days off for work involving special risk; professional colleagues and growth opportunities; bonuses according to the collective agreement; health insurance after 3 (three) months of employment.
