You need: secondary or vocational secondary education (caregiver qualification is preferred); compliance with the requirements of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; state language proficiency level B2. We will entrust you with: working with children in a family-like environment; preparing meals, helping children eat, maintaining hygiene, keeping living spaces organized, etc.; encouraging children's participation in leisure activities and social inclusion; monitoring children's health status and informing health care professionals of any changes; timely and quality documentation of care activities performed to ensure children's basic needs. We offer: base salary from 784.00 to 808.00 EUR gross (depending on previous professional qualification competencies. After the probation period, salary will also be determined taking into account work performance evaluation results and regular work volume); 25% allowance for work involving special risk; summarized working hours (according to work schedule); allowance for work at night and on holidays; professional colleagues, growth opportunities; bonuses according to the collective agreement; health insurance after 3 months of work.
