(Registration No. 90000159123) Rīga Social Care Center "Mežciems" announces a competition for caregiver (profession code: 5322 02) position (permanent) Position Objective: To ensure satisfaction of basic needs of clients of Rīga Social Care Center "Mežciems" at an individual level, provide care to clients, ensuring they receive necessary assistance and compliance with hygiene requirements. Job Description: Provide client care under the supervision of a social work specialist in accordance with the client's individual social care plan; Assist persons who cannot care for themselves, i.e., perform daily hygiene procedures for the client - arrange hair, help get into or out of bed, help dress, wash, change bed linens; Monitor client clothing and laundry cleanliness, change if necessary, monitor shoe condition and cleanliness; Receive meals from the kitchen and distribute them to clients in their rooms, feed if necessary; Monitor client health status and inform nursing staff or social workers about it; Provide client supervision, etc. Requirements for Candidates: Basic, secondary, or secondary vocational education; State language proficiency according to level B, tier 1; High communication culture and ability to interact with people; Independence in task execution and ability to organize your own work.
