About the Position As an App Developer, you'll play an important role in the continued development of a broad portfolio of applications. The solutions are used in field operations on Windows and Android platforms, consisting of both standalone apps and applications with connections to other systems. You'll be part of an app team with six developers, two testers, and an architect. Here, colleagues work closely together with development happening both independently and through pair programming. With your experience, you bring additional seniority to the group, serve as technical support for colleagues, and help drive the work forward. Your main focus lies on development and further development in C# and .NET MAUI. The role simultaneously gives you the opportunity to work broadly throughout the development cycle. This includes code reviews, debugging, and work with build and release workflows in Azure DevOps. You're also involved in planning upcoming development and contribute technical perspectives when the team prioritizes its work. Development is conducted in longer sprints where time is allocated for both new functionality and bug handling. This creates the conditions not only to deliver new solutions, but also to work long-term with codebase, work methods, and technical quality.
