Job Description
AFRY Digital Services is now seeking an engaged Applications Specialist for our office in Åmål. With us, you'll be part of a team responsible for support, management, and further development of business-critical applications for our customers.
We work with several different business systems and operational applications, where experience with ERP systems, particularly Unit4, is a merit. However, what matters most to us is that you have a genuine interest in technology, problem-solving, and helping users.
About the Role
As an Applications Specialist you will:
Handle and resolve support cases in close dialogue with users and customers
Troubleshoot and analyze incidents in business-critical systems
Work with system administration and continuous improvements
Participate in upgrades, testing, and change management
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and customer business teams
The role offers a varied workday where technology meets business operations and no two days are alike.

Qualifications
We believe you have
Experience with IT support, system administration, or application support
Strong analytical skills and a structured work approach
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Experience working closely with customers and a service-oriented mindset
Merits
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Unit4
Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of databases, integrations, or business processes
Experience with finance, HR, or operational systems
