Job Description:
As a pharmacist with us, you will work with pharmaceutical consultation, medication management, and patient safety issues in an operation that combines clinical expertise with excellent service. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the pharmacy team, other healthcare providers, and management to ensure safe and appropriate pharmaceutical solutions for our customers/patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based pharmaceutical consultation to customers and patients.
Manage medications, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
Review prescriptions and ensure correct medication use.
Collaborate with team members to improve work procedures and patient safety.
Train and mentor colleagues on pharmaceutical matters.
Participate in medication-related projects and quality improvement work.
Requirements:
Relevant pharmaceutical degree and valid Swedish pharmacist license.
Experience working in a pharmacy or related setting is a merit.
Solid knowledge of medications, interactions, and regulations.
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and colleagues.
Structured, thorough, and solution-oriented approach.
Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written); good English skills are a merit.
Employment Terms:
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time by agreement.
Location: Uppsala, Eskilstuna, Västerås, Stockholm, West Gothland
