With its central location at Medborgarplatsen, high customer flow, and proximity to residents, commuters, and visitors, the area offers a unique opportunity to establish a new Kronans Apotek and make a real difference for our customers. As pharmacy manager for our new location, you'll have an exciting opportunity to be there from the start. You'll build and develop the business, shape the team, and create the culture that will define the pharmacy going forward. The team will consist of approximately three pharmacists, including you as pharmacy manager, working together to create a safe, professional, and warm atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. Here you get to combine entrepreneurial spirit with leadership and help lay the foundation for a successful pharmacy in one of Södermalm's most attractive locations ✨. The preliminary opening hours are weekdays 09-19 and Saturdays 10-15. Closed on Sundays initially, but this may change. You are a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves full responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. Your responsibilities include: Strengthen the business and create motivation and commitment in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and customer experience of the highest quality. Take responsibility for finances, budget, and results tracking. Initiate and develop local partnerships and relationships in the local area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality. Ensure effective staffing through efficient scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team toward set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. We offer a permanent position with an initial probation period, and you will report to Regional Manager Jessica Eriksson. P.S.
