You'll find us at Tuve Torg, the hub in Tuve Centrum in central Hisingen. We are a trusted and well-visited pharmacy, neighbors with ICA and providing local service. It's easy to commute here by bus, which stops right outside, and there are good parking options if you drive. As pharmacy manager, you lead and work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of three pharmacists and one pharmacy technician. You are a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality. Take responsibility for finances, budget, and results monitoring. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team toward set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 08:30–18 on weekdays, 10–14 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. You report to Regional Manager Adnan Mulic. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or have other relevant background in retail. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us. Since you will be working toward clear goals, we appreciate that you are structured, positive, action-oriented, and solution-focused.
