We are now looking for an engaged and goal-oriented pharmacy manager for our pharmacy on Mariaplan. The pharmacy is located in Majorna in Gothenburg with good public transportation connections. There is a large customer base here and many regular customers. In 2025, this pharmacy was named Pharmacy of the Year in the region! As pharmacy manager, you lead and work together with an incredibly competent and collaborative team consisting of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and sales staff with a strong focus on customers. As pharmacy manager at Mariaplan, we see that you are a confident and present leader with great drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient advice and a customer experience of the highest quality. Take responsibility for finances, budget, and results monitoring. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area. Have full responsibility for staff, work environment, and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team towards set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 09:00-19:00 on weekdays and 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays. We offer a permanent position with an initial trial period. Start date 15/9 or by agreement. You report to Regional Manager Susanne Parfält. We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or has other relevant retail experience. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, we would like to see that you have a talent for engaging others and contributing to team motivation. Since you will be working towards clear goals, we appreciate that you are organized, positive, action-oriented, and solution-focused. A strong region and service organization as well as colleagues across the country are available for support.
