DOZ Apotek in Stockholm Garnisonen is seeking a driven and attentive pharmacy manager who is passionate about development and leading staff. Work Responsibilities As a pharmacy manager with us, your main responsibility is to lead the daily operations of the pharmacy toward the set goals. This includes coaching and motivating staff toward increased sales, operating the pharmacy cost-effectively, and having good knowledge of the local pharmacy's changing market situation. Your role includes budget and personnel responsibility as well as overall responsibility for the pharmacy's work environment and quality initiatives. Pharmacy hours: Weekdays 08:00-18:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sundays Closed. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is passionate about development—both of staff and operations—and achieving set goals. You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, preferably with previous experience working in a pharmacy or another industry. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in a management role, but it is not required. We see that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Other languages are a plus. The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period. Personal Qualities As a person, you are creative with a strong will to develop and drive the pharmacy forward together with your staff. You enjoy advising both in prescription handling and self-care, and it is important to you to provide excellent customer service. You are thorough, responsible, and results-oriented, flexible with the ability to switch between several different tasks without losing focus on what is important. As a person, you are also curious about development and have a supportive approach. You are driven by seeing staff develop while understanding the importance of creating a pleasant workplace.
