Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat As Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. Why you should work with us - the regional manager shares Apotek Hjärtat in Tyresö currently has approximately 14 employees and is located in the shopping center Tyresö Centrum with neighbors such as Systembolaget, Coop, and Kicks among others. The pharmacy is characterized by a high pace in both self-care and prescription channels and is one of the region's most important pharmacies. It has 6 prescription counters and 2 self-care checkout counters, and pharmacists also work with pharmaceutical oversight at a distance. The staff is experienced, closely-knit, and needs a humble, communicative, and attentive leader who is prepared to win the local competition against two other competing pharmacies. The region consists of 18, soon to be 19, pharmacies from Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Nacka, Värmdö, Älta, and Tyresö where the Pharmacy Managers have close collaboration and contact. The pharmacy is open 9–19 Monday–Friday, 10–17 Saturdays, and 11–17 Sundays. The position is a permanent employment as Pharmacy Manager. The position is full-time or by agreement. A probationary period may be applied. Start date for the position is September 15 or by agreement. Are you the one we're looking for?
