Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat As a Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. You lead your team toward achieving your pharmacy's financial goals. To get there, you coach and motivate staff in their daily work and development. Why you should work for us - the regional manager speaks Region 16 consists of 21 really wonderful pharmacies. Your pharmacy manager colleagues are located from Borås in the north to Laholm in the south. What distinguishes our region is that we have many experienced and skilled pharmacy managers who are happy to share their knowledge and experience. Together, they contribute to a high standard in the region within work environment, structure, pharmacy, sales, and well-presented pharmacies. As a regional manager, it is important to me that you work together with the region's other managers and continue the good collaboration that exists between manager colleagues and staff at the pharmacies. In this way, we can flexibly meet our customers' needs and customer flows. It is also important that you are interested in running the pharmacy as a business, with commitment and entrepreneurship. You like people – both employees, customers, and not least colleagues. Now there is an opportunity to test the role of Pharmacy Manager at one of my newest pharmacies. The pharmacy is located at ICA Maxi in Älmhult and opened in new, fresh premises in 2023 after previously being located downtown. So we're not new to the area, but now exist in a new and modern setting. In our new premises, we have brought with us the experience and expertise from the staff group as well as our loyal customers. At the same time, we reach many customers who take the opportunity to visit the pharmacy in connection with their grocery shopping at ICA Maxi. We are open every day of the week and available for both our regular customers and those who need help urgently during weekends. The team consists of 4 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians. The position is a permanent employment. Full-time or part-time can be discussed. We are open 08:00–20:00 on weekdays and 10:00–15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacy technician, pharmacist, or trained pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career and want to develop your leadership skills, or you are an experienced leader.
