Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat
As a Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. You lead your team toward achieving your pharmacy's financial goals. To get there, you coach and motivate staff in their daily work and development. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success.

The pharmacy will be open 8-20 on weekdays, 10-18 on Saturdays and Sundays from the start.
This is a permanent position as Pharmacy Manager. The position is full-time. A trial period may be applied. Start date is by agreement.

We're looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist, or trained pharmacy technician. You're either at the beginning of your career and want to develop your leadership skills, or you're an experienced leader. You recognize yourself in this description:
