Riga Children's, Youth and Family Social Support Center announces a competition for candidates for the position of janitor (profession code: 9112 01) (with a possible work location at one of the structural units in Riga) Riga Children's, Youth and Family Social Support Center is a municipal institution of Riga that provides: short-term and long-term social care and social rehabilitation services for children and youth; crisis intervention services and social work with families with children and pregnant women; crisis center services with or without accommodation for children, youth, families with children and pregnant women; prevention in social work and psychosocial assistance for children and youth before and after out-of-home care ends until the age of 24 is reached; social rehabilitation programs for children and youth, families with children, and pregnant women. The purpose of this position is to ensure cleanliness and order in the designated premises. We will entrust you with: planning, organizing and performing daily work - washing and disinfecting floors, walls, windows and porches, door frames, and cleaning and, if necessary, disinfecting glass, mirrors, furniture, floor carpets, lighting fixtures, work and household appliances in accordance with sanitary standards; maintaining cleanliness and order daily in common sanitary facilities and ensuring that their equipment is in working order. We expect: general secondary education (preferred); knowledge of the state language; independence in task execution and the ability to organize your work.
