The Property Maintenance Department of Kalsnavas Parish Administration is hiring a cleaner. Work location – Kalsnavas Primary School. Requirements for applicants: Ability to independently and in a team organize and plan work tasks; Knowledge of proper use of cleaning and maintenance products used in the work; Excellent communication and cooperation skills; High sense of responsibility and physical fitness; State language proficiency - intermediate level (B). Main job duties: Maintain cleanliness of Kalsnavas Primary School foyer, corridors, common areas, and sanitary facilities, dispose of waste, and perform other tasks in accordance with sanitary and hygiene requirements; Use appropriate work tools and equipment for job duties. Ensure cleanliness and proper technical condition of work tools. Conduct inventory of household supplies and equipment, prepare orders for direct supervisor; Monitor cleanliness of maintained areas; Maintain plants in common areas; Follow and implement the room cleaning schedule; 1-2 times per year wash windows; Perform school duty officer responsibilities – unlock/lock the school, supervise the wardrobe, remain at the duty post, and monitor visitor flow; Perform other work based on instructions from direct supervisor and school director. We offer: Salary 780.00 EUR before tax; Full-time position (40 hours per week), working hours 08:00-16:30 Social benefits; Contract for an indefinite period. Start date: 01.10.2026.
