Your Next Challenge As an automation electrician, you have an important role in ensuring stable and reliable production. You work with both preventive and corrective maintenance in the electrical, instrumentation, and automation areas, and actively contribute to reducing production disruptions and improving the facility's availability. The work is varied and combines planned maintenance with troubleshooting and emergency response. You collaborate closely with both production and other maintenance functions and are an important part of developing and improving our technical solutions. In the role, you will, among other things: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the electrical, instrumentation, and automation areas. Troubleshoot and fix faults on motors, frequency converters, measuring instruments, control valves, and pressure transmitters. Calibrate instruments and ensure that equipment operates with high precision. Contribute to planned maintenance and improvement work that strengthens operational reliability and reduces production disruptions. Collaborate with production and maintenance to develop efficient and sustainable work methods. On-call duty may be included in the position. To Succeed in the Role We are looking for you who enjoy solving technical problems and who thrive in a role where you can combine practical work with analysis and development. You work methodically, take responsibility for your tasks, and appreciate collaboration with others. We see that you have: High school education with a focus on electrical or automation. Category B driver's license. It is advantageous if you have: Experience with electrical and automation equipment in an industrial environment. Knowledge of PLC, for example Siemens S7 and TIA Portal. Experience with systematic troubleshooting. Post-secondary education in automation or similar technical field. Experience with the Office package and business systems. As a person, you are collaborative, structured, and solution-focused. You have an analytical approach, enjoy taking own initiatives, and contribute to good collaboration where safety and quality are always in focus.
