About the role: In this role, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the company's warehouse, logistics, and aftermarket operations. The role is both operational and strategic, meaning you work closely with day-to-day operations while driving improvements and developing processes for the future. You have overall responsibility for ensuring efficient workflows, high delivery accuracy, and top-class customer experience. Through close collaboration with colleagues in sales, the workshop, and management, you contribute to creating a well-functioning operation where quality, service, and profitability go hand in hand. Your main responsibilities Lead and develop warehouse and logistics operations. Manage spare parts handling and material flows. Develop and strengthen the company's aftermarket sales. Ensure high delivery accuracy and good customer service. Work with continuous improvements to routines and processes. Monitor your targets and key performance indicators.
