At the Municipal Development Office, approximately 200 people work with the task of making Sigtuna Municipality an attractive, vibrant, and safe place to live and work. We plan new residential and commercial areas. We design and build streets and utilities for water and sewage. We maintain parks and forests as well as schoolyards, preschool yards, and playgrounds. We work on traffic issues, parking enforcement, waste management, and much more. We handle government administration and exercise supervision and control as well as issue permits within our areas. We invest in our employees through both good resources for skills development and shared activities. Sigtuna Municipality is an expanding municipality with extensive residential construction, many business establishments, and investments in public spaces.

WORK TASKS
You will join the team working on various land and infrastructure projects within our parks, playgrounds, and street operations in Märsta, Sigtuna, and Rosersberg. With us, you'll have the opportunity to try many different types of work within land construction.
Some availability for snow removal may occur.
Working hours are 6:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 6:30 AM-1:00 PM on Fridays.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who takes personal responsibility and has experience translating drawings into reality. You have several years of experience in land and infrastructure work and enjoy practical and varied work. A Class B driver's license is required for this position.
It is advantageous if you have:
• Class C driver's license and experience operating machinery such as wheel loaders and forklifts.
• Professional certification in land and infrastructure work.
• Training or diploma in pipe laying.
