Your Responsibilities As a construction/ground worker with us, you will work on varying projects depending on your experience, skills, and profile. Your tasks may include everything from ground and foundation work to water/sewage work, pipe laying, excavation, backfilling, fine grading, and other construction work on building sites. You will also work on preparing work areas, handling materials, coordinating with machine operators, and ensuring that work is performed according to drawings, schedules, and applicable quality and safety requirements. Work is performed both independently and in teams with other skilled workers, where you are expected to be engaged, take responsibility, and contribute to an efficient and safe workflow on the site. Work Tasks (examples): -Ground and construction work -Excavation, grading, and backfilling -Pipe laying and water/sewage work (requirement to have documented experience) -Preparatory and finishing work in projects -Blueprint reading and working according to instructions (requirement) -Operating laser equipment -Daytime work Your Profile We are looking for people with experience in ground and construction work who thrive in a practical and physical work environment.
