Welcome with your application! 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES The Street Unit is part of Technology and Urban Environment, and we are now looking for a dedicated employee. Together with a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipality's pedestrian, bicycle, and road network and public areas. Your work involves working independently and in a group. Together we take responsibility for working efficiently and delivering good results. Your duties include: • Operation and maintenance of public areas, such as roads, cycle paths, and squares. • Minor construction projects and repairs, such as paving, excavation work, and signage work. • De-icing and snow clearing to ensure accessibility. • Customer contact as a central part of daily work, where you meet residents and create a positive dialogue. • Collaborate with different people and areas within the department's mission. • Renovation of benches and other ground equipment. • Various types of machine operation With us you get to see your competence and your efforts make a real difference for the city and its citizens. You have good communication skills and meet the city's residents with a smile. You see variety in tasks positively and are flexible during the workday. We see that you are experienced or trained in the field, and that you can handle physically demanding work. It is important that you fit both the role and the team. Therefore, great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. Requirements: • B driving license • Experience and/or relevant education • Able to make yourself understood in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Meritorious: • Chainsaw license • Professional certificate • C driving license with YKB • BE driving license • Certificate/operator's license for wheel loader, excavator, and forklift In this recruitment, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of selection questions.
