Water and Sewage Network is an operational area within the Technical and Municipal Services Administration. We are now seeking a construction worker for our expanding operations. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS Your main responsibilities will consist of maintenance and rehabilitation of the municipal water and sewage network. The construction operations currently consist of four teams with two construction workers per team, two site supervisors, and four vehicle operators. We also work closely with our colleagues in the private contracting industry. Tired of being out in the field and/or not knowing what you'll be doing two weeks from now? With us, we have scheduled working hours, Monday-Thursday 06:30-16:00 and Friday 06:30-13:30. Our assignments are geographically located within Motala and Vadstena municipalities. On-call duty may become relevant. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience You should have secondary education in construction or equivalent competence, as well as several years of practical experience in the construction industry, preferably in water and sewage pipeline work. It is important that you have good knowledge of blueprint reading, basic leveling and surveying, as well as a good command of Swedish language in both speech and writing. B-class driver's license is required. Personal Qualities For us, it is self-evident that you are service-oriented and we appreciate people with drive and initiative who can help improve our operations. Accuracy and sense of responsibility are crucial—small mistakes can have major consequences for water supply and the environment. The work can be physically demanding and takes place outdoors in all weather conditions, which requires good physical endurance. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position.
