Site Worker and Excavator Operator

About the Position Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and responsible site worker to join our team. You will work with a variety of tasks in site construction such as pipe laying, drainage, backfilling, and other groundwork and construction tasks including fine grading with stone setting, curbs, asphalt work, etc. You will have a leading role on our construction projects where the work group's final result is the goal. Examples of Work Tasks Filling and leveling for beam casting Stone setting of small paving stones, large paving stones, and similar Laying of slabs and paving stones Drainage work and adjustment of surface layers Machine operation when needed (excavator, wheel loader) Qualifications Experience with stone setting and groundwork Class B driver's license (required) Trade certificate in site construction (meriting) Forklift or excavator operator certification (meriting) Training such as Hot Work, Road Safety (meriting) Personal Qualities Service-oriented and positive attitude Good teamwork and sense of responsibility Ability to work independently and in a team Flexible and solution-oriented About GeoForma AB We offer complete solutions in stone setting, walls, pathways, and fine grading – with precision in every detail.
