About the Position
As a construction worker with us, you work on varied land and construction projects. You need to be able to plan and carry out your tasks independently while collaborating well with colleagues, supervisors, customers, and other professionals.
The work varies between shorter service assignments and larger projects that run over several months. You therefore need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable with varying workdays.
Our operations cover several areas. When needed, you are expected to help with other tasks within the company. For us, it's important that everyone contributes to the whole and helps each other.
Examples of Work Tasks
· Site preparation and foundation work.
· Stone setting and paving.
· Curbs, walls, and stairs.
· Excavation, drainage, and backfilling.
· Fine grading and adjustment of ground surfaces.
· Planting, seeding, and finishing outdoor spaces.
· Handling of materials, machinery, and tools.
· Customer contact at job sites.
· Documentation and reporting of completed work.
· Work tasks in other areas of operations when needed.
We Are Looking for You If You
· Have several years of experience in land and construction work.
· Can work independently and take responsibility for correct work completion.
· Can read drawings, perform simple layouts, and plan work steps.
· Are quality-conscious and take pride in your craft.
· Are flexible and enjoy varying tasks and work locations.
· Have good collaboration skills and like to help where needed.
· Are solution-oriented and can handle changing conditions.
· Are cost-conscious and use time, materials, and machinery responsibly.
· Treat customers and colleagues professionally and pleasantly.
· Can express yourself in Swedish.
· Have a Category B driver's license.
Meritorious: Experience operating construction machinery, Category BE driver's license, and relevant certifications.
