About the Role
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented site worker for our excavation and contracting projects.
As a person, you are independent, communicate openly and unpretentiously with ease. You have good social skills and are responsive to the company's needs, and you naturally understand customer value. You thrive in a flat, communicative, and dynamic organization with quick decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform earthwork to prepare areas for construction.
• Material handling such as base layers, stones, and other building materials.
• Ensure the correct use of tools, equipment, and machinery to perform construction work efficiently and safely.
• Work according to drawings and instructions to ensure that construction projects meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Provide advice and recommendations to customers regarding material selection and design options.
• Participate in and contribute to the group's joint collaboration.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the drive to work both independently and in a team toward common project goals and who can take personal responsibility for execution.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Good communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Meritorious:
Previous experience with land or construction projects in similar environments.
